Product Description
Polyhib-1060 is a low toxic organic amine shale swelling inhibitor. It can be used in drilling fluid to improve the inhibition performance of drilling fluid, neutralize acid components in drilling fluid, prevent the effect of acid gas such as hydrogen sulfide on drilling tool corrosion and the performance of drilling fluid, and have a buffer control effect on the pH value of drilling fluid and keep drilling fluid PH value stable.
Features
●The inhibition of moderate expansion to clay will not be the same as that of KCI and other ionic inhibitors, which will aggravate illite dispersion due to excessive inhibition.
●It has neutralization effect on H2S and CO2 to prevent acid gas from corrosion to drilling tools.
●It has a buffering effect on pH of the drilling fluid, and it will not cause the drastic fluctuation of the pH value of the drilling fluid because of the change of the concentration of Polyhib-1060, so that the PH of the drilling fluid is kept in a reasonable interval of 8. 5-12.

Usage
As the inhibitor, the amount of 2-5 is recommended in the drilling fluid. During the drilling process of the gas well, as the control agent for H2S and CO2, the change of the pH value of the drilling fluid should be monitored in real time according to the amount of the acid gas.

Packed in iron or galvanized barrels, 200 kg / pail.
Storage
Store in a ventilated, cool and dry environment to avoid sun and rain. The shelf life is 24 months.
